General issues – including Parking, traffic, fly tipping, gravel surfaces and damaged masonry.
Lights out, timer errors – PLEASE NOTE NUMBER on the light, or house to which it is fixed. (not ones pointing to the road – Duchy!)
Water Drains Blocked -Associated flooding. nearest property please.

Metalwork – Manholes, inspection lids. Includes Tree protectors, grilles, wall signs, bollards, parking posts, stairways.
Trees or Shrubs – Damaged or died, broken tree supports, excess weeds.
Financial Queries -Includes Changes of Address, changes of private tenants, payment queries to MANCO3.
